Thank you for the zoom recording.

 

Unfortunately, I found it of little help in the prevention or cure of scarring of the lungs for an IPF sufferer.  There was very little discussed on the lungs and although the presenter mentioned             2 exercises, they weren’t detailed enough and very little time was spent on them in the presentation.

I would be very interested in getting detailed exercises that could remove lung scarring if possible.

Yes, I feel like these are not new exercises. Well, the humming one was, but the other one is not. Either way, I do believe that breathing exercises are beneficial.

You  guys: seriously? Exercises to heal scar tissue? I think if this were a thing, we would have heard about it. Also, anyone who’s seriously listened to the talk about zinc knows it does not claim zinc heals scar tissue and that research is very preliminary-not yet in humans.

As for the link, it’s on the website. You will find what I said is true.
