Been on both for about 2 months. So far no side effects. Not even diarrhea or nausea. Have had no back pain at all. We never know how we will react to these drugs. Hoping the 2 together will help. I take it with 100 mg Ofev. I take them together 12 hours apart. Have had some diarrhea but controllable. </p>

I am taking Ofev 100mg 2 times daily plus Jascayde. Been on Jascayde 3 weeks. So far not bad. A little diarrhea but nothing I can’t deal with. Hoping it doesn’t get any worse.          </p>

I live in Florida and was diagnosed with IPF little over 2 years ago. I am on no meds yet. Just had CT scan and full blood work done 2 weeks ago. My Pulmonologist said no progression.I still have a very full life. I play golf and walk and still do all my housework. I was diagnosed 2 years ago. No medication as of yet but going for CT and extensive blood work. Pulmonologist appt. 17th of May. I am a Christian and I know God has a plan for me. Whatever comes I know he will see me through. But I agree no one wants to die gasping for breath. I have had 2 CT scans. But last one showed no progression. Only have trouble breathing sometimes if I walk really fast or going up a hill. Cough in the mornings sometimes but have never been prescribed medication. I read an article saying Esbriet and Ofev are not cost effective in the U.S. is that true or do most of you live out of the states. I know it’s expensive but didn’t we wouldn’t have access to it here. I live in Florida. Not on medication yet but want to know options when time comes.</p>

I too have a problem with post nasal drip. Diagnosed two years ago but on no medication as of yet.I go through tissues like crazy. Have tried Claritin and Allegra. They don’t work very well. Will try Flonase. Have a morning cough sometimes with lots of phlegm. So appreciate reading everyone’s comments. We know we are not in this alone.</p>

Really have lots of anxiety. Not sure if anxiety makes it a little harder to breathe or at times just get out of breath a little. Especially playing golf any going uphill.
