Short Bio

December 2021: I was diagnosed with IPF  two years ago and have remained stable.  Covid came along on top of it recently with 12 days in the hospital and reduction in lung capacity by 40%. Recovery has gone smoothly, but extremely slowly.  I have more energy now and am less wobbly. Support from family, pulmonologist, and pulmonology rehab has been most helpful.  Hoping to be back to my new normal by spring.
