Hi everyone. I go to pulmonary rehab at a local hospital and their rehab program is amazing. The nurses are so good. Some days….like yesterday I just didn’t want to go. But I did and it made me feel so much better. I just wanted to say…..this will probably be
the best thing you can do for yourself if you can do it. Even if you have to “make yourself” go!!!
