My sister has IPF and her progression has been pretty rapid since she was diagnosed in 2014. We’re pretty concerned about her prognosis.  She’s on oxygen 24/7, and her fatigue is profound. We live six hours apart, and we haven’t been able to get any home care for her.  She went through lung cancer with surgery, then chemo from August of 2017 through January of 2018.
