Diagnosed 2016 with IPF, held it at bay for several years with exercise and deep breathing.   Started on Esbriet {now Pirfenidone 801mg X 3pd} about 9 months ago. Recently rejected for what seemed to be a promising study because of DNA.  Now in slow decline.
