I have been diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis caused by RA.  I have had Rheumatoid Arthritis for many years.  The first pulmonologist says I have 70% lung capacity.  I am going for a 2nd opinion in September.  I have been attending pulmonary rehabilitation and find that it helps.
