I just read the girls experience with Hataki? Where can I get it and Joe and daily? I was diagnosed 4 years ago without any symptoms. My books O2 is usually at 98. My blowing skills have improved once I switched MDs. The first one said I had about 4-5 years to live. Well that sent me into a wild ride of getting my things in order. Telling my sons. Then I switched to a different pulmonologist and he said there is no way I can tell how long. I know pulmonary fibrosis can just start when they find it! N I have AS as well and it can cause fibrosis. So this process has been going on for years!! I wonder how many people like me have pulmonary fibrosis like me who have no symptoms? I would not have known I had it if it wasn’t for having bronchitis that my doc thought I had pneumonia . Well I didn’t but had to have that cat scan…I am reading a great book called Mind over Medicine written by a doctor a bought opening up to healing your own body. It’s worth reading. I also meditate daily with healing videos on utube! OI see my doctor in a week and if my blowing goes well I am not going back until I get short of breath or start coughing!!🪱
