| Short Bio | 78 year old man. Quite active. Diagnosed with IPF in March, 2022. Forced air is 60 to 68% of capacity. Have had trouble with mucus congestion and phlegm since age 28. Have taken Mucinex for years – 1200 mg extended twice a day. Recently put on Ofev. Interestingly, once I started on Ofev the mucus/phlegm problem cleared up and most days I do not have to take Mucinex. Has anyone ever heard of Ofev curing mucus/phlegm problem?
