Hi Mark, My husband Toby is the one who sent me this site. He was diagnosed with IPF in 2017. He also belongs to PatientsLikeMe.com where he’s been since diagnosis. He was reading the thread I think you actually started about things to help with immune support. The Elderberry was one and I made this for him about 3 months ago. I got the dried berry from Amazon and it’s really easy to make. Lots of good honey is required. He suggested I get on here and see if anyone needs the recipe so I joined with FB. His name is Toby and he’s 73. Very active and he does rehab 3 days a week. He’s very active. Our doctor is at Duke (5th in the nation for lungs) and we live in Virginia which is about 3.5 hours from Duke. There are some other great alternatives we have been doing for 2 years but the most important is ditching toxic cleaners, candles, etc from the home. The Wolfberry is also a huge immune boosting berry as well. So now that I have the account set up I hope he or I will be involved here as well. Thanks for the welcome Mark !!!! Kathy & Toby
