Best advice for PF symptom management

Don’t have any advise, just doing as my doctor tells me. And having a positive additude.  I have been on this ride for almost 20 years. My doctor is stumped on why I’m not far worse after so many years, and I’m a firm believer that attitude has a lot to do with it.
