Hi.. I am also on O2 24/7 after a recent hospitalization for pneumonia and hate my running faucet nose. So far, I have been unsuccessful with sprays as they give me nosebleeds as well. I do take a child’s dose of NyQuil at night and the Benadryl in it shuts down the faucet and helps me sleep. It usually lasts much of the next day as well. The Dr added moisture to my concentrator and is hoping that will help with the dryness. I am considering the child dose of Claritin (or something like that) for breakthrough hours.

I used to use pillows under the mattress but I guess I moved around in my sleep a lot and I kept waking up. We finally bought an automatic bed and it’s great. If I wake up, I use the control and get right into a position that helps me fall right back to sleep. It also made me realize how much we needed a new mattress! It’s a hybrid… part foam/part innerspring.
