| Best advice for PF symptom management | Keeping fit and doing lung exercises. Also no excess weight, makes a difference. Learn to Live with a lack of taste buds, and make the most of every day. Every little bit helps said the old lady when she wet in to the ocean, is my favourite saying. I remember it every day when smiling and waving to children. Enjoy every moment. |
