<p>I am 78 years old. I was diagnosed a little more than 2 1/2 years ago and being at end state because my lugs are so covered with fibrosis they said I had 1 to 3 years the most. I told them they were OTC stuff. They said to continue if I wanted, but they did not seem to know what I was talking about. I started to  cough and could not stop. Almost fainted which is a no no. I t alked to my therapist and said next time try getting my air with my nose and pump out the mouth. Continue this until stop and breathe is normal.</p>
<p>I am 77 and was diagnosed at end state two years ago and still here.</p>

<p>I am still doing the Zinc with the resveratrol an the NAD+ everyday without missing a day. Also taking 325 mg of aspirin that was mentioned it may work for IPF.</p>

Calcium tends to build up in the brain which causes dementia. I am doing 50 grams of chromium and 100 mg of NAD+ and then complement them with curcumin, DHA, Metformin, etc.</p>

I also have the hiatus hernia and is no fun. My gastro doc told me that doing surgery is extremely dangerous and specially with IPF at my state which may cause collapsing of on or both lungs.</p>
<p>omeprazol helps, but eats your bones. I do take one at least once a week when my reflux is heavy. I asked if I should finish the 150s I have left or the 100 in AM and 150s at nights, but was told just to put them in the fridge in case I get changed to 150s again but do not mix.</p>
