My Mother had dry cough from Oct 2018 and later weight loss. Only Feb 2020, went to Pulmonologist and was on Pirfenidone for 8 months and from last 5 months on OFEV. Symptoms worsening, but more pain due to side effects (gastrointestinal issues).
