After working for over 65 years, decided to retire. That got old quick. So, have done part time jobs for the past few years. The last summer I noticed I was huffing and puffing mowing my yard. It took me all day to mow a yard in a trailer park, so I hired a teenager. Well, this past Feb. my dad died in Calif, so I was getting a plane ticket to go to the funeral in March. Instead I ended up in the hospital for what they thought was covid. After they put me in a coma, 2 test, no covid. So I was sent to another hospital for who knows what. The keep me for 2 weeks and sent me to another hospital. That hospital did test and xrays and finally exploratory surgery.  Found out I was missing a lung and had LPF. I am very short of breath at all times, on oxygen 24/7 and low/high heart rate with afib. So, this is how I live. All the stuff I used to do, I don’t anymore.No outside projects, no working in my wood shop or yard work. Just don’t have the energy or oxygen to do it. Hoping to still be alive next summer to take a trip.
