    Allergies are no fun, I have terrible post nasal drip. Take Allegra and Citirizine Hydrochloride, one in the morning and one before bed.  Tomorrow I’m having the scratch allergy tests and dr. said I may need shots.  Does anyone here get the allergy shots and do they really help. I have spring and fall allergies.  Thank you to all for your thoughts.

    I actually have a question about using a portable oxygen concentrator.  Do the concentrators have a filter to filter out fine organisms such as Covid.  If I go out and wear a mask but am using the concentrator, which is pulling air from my surrounding area, does the mask do any good?

    I was recently diagnosed with IPF and have a cough every day producing phlegm. What is the difference between IPF and PF? I am using the nubulizer every 6 hours as needed.
