Biography

77 yr old male patient diagnosed with PF as the result of hospitalization in April 2023 for Pneumonia and resulted in identification of PF.  I had a previous x-ray and ctscan in the prior month that showed scarring but was not referred to a pulmonologist.  I was able to gain entry into an ILD center that did thorough testing and pointed to an underlying autoimmune disease which I am waiting for the rheumatologist appointment to further diagnose.  In the interim am awaiting my next PF  appointment for a treatment plan
