Short Bio

I have had hypersensitivity pneumanitis for eight years.  I am under The Brompton Hospital.  I am on oxygen at night and ambulatory during the day.  I take 10mg steroids with other drugs and Fostair and increase steroids when I have a flare up.  I have been shielding for nine months. I also have Type 2 diabetes.   I am supposed to have regular excercise but none is offered for home although I have askedif this could be arranged via video.  I do keep active when I can.  I think I cope but it is difficult being isolated for so long without an exit plan.
