I have had a year of struggling with having PF. A month after knee replacement surgery a year ago I got pneumonia and it was all downhill from there. I did have some lung scarring before the surgery from schleroderma but nothing like this. Finally after getting rid of the pneumonia I still have shortness of breath. The pulmonary rehab therapist recommended exercise so I’ve gotten a NuStep machine and exercise 30 minutes a day. I’ve been doing that for three months at home and before that went to the rehab place and exercised there twice a week. I was hoping by now I would be able to do more. I am so weak and if I stand for an hour to cook something I end up worn out. I check my blood oxygen level and it’s mid 90’s. I just don’t have any stamina. I have RA and have multiple joint replacements. I’m 66 years old but just don’t think it should be this bad. I’m not on oxygen.

Anyone else have this much exhaustion. I also feel lightheaded when I stand for a while.
