    Medicare Covers Genomic Classifier for IPF Diagnosis

    The Envisia Genomic Classifier test for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) diagnosis received a draft Medicare local coverage determination (LCD) through the MolDx (Molecular Diagnostics) service program, according to Veracyte.
