Biography

I had lived a relatively charmed life for 70 years, and was living a very active retirement. I was diagnosed with hypersensitivity pneumonitis two years ago, during a hospitalization for pneumonia.   After discharge, I needed 2L of oxygen for exercise, and I have a very painful cough, without medication.  A year later, after another round of pneumonia, I am now on 3L at rest, increasing to 8L when exercise.   I’m currently trying to qualify for a transplant.
