Hello, I have not posted before but I would like some guidance. On Aug 24, 2020 I go for a lung transplant consultation. This is a first step in the process. Are there questions I should ask? Should I record the consultation if allowed? Thanks for the help.

Hello Eileen, let the medical team explain the process. Take it in as they explain everything. Your questions will generate from the information they will give to you. I am expecting they give you a binder that will cover the process from evaluation to recovery. You will be overloaded with info. Be a sponge. After this visit and after you have thoroughly read the information in the binder you will then be able to formulate questions for your transplant team. This is what I did and every appointment after I came in with a list of questions. Good luck, Mark.
