I have a wonderful wife and family which gives me strength and do not waste my time praying however but use my hands to help others.</p>

Luckily I was vaccinated annually for covid and took paxlovid for several days in December and it went away rather quickly. I still mask regularly and because of the vaccination and the paxlovid I do not feel that I had any further lung damage</p>

My life has been about 90% normal but with shortness of breath. To prevent nausea, always eat before taking , including bread or other absorbing foods. O2 still 94_95 at night on Google watch. Exercise and remaining happy (and a good partner &#8211; for 50 yrs) also helps. Take Esbriet since 4.5 yrs-helps! good luck</p>

This spring had shortness of breath, then family Dr, then xray, then CAT scan etc and diagnosed with moderate IPF, Monday. Pulmonologist lightly suggested Ofev and will be receiving shortly.
