I have learned to advocate for myself. Most office staff just don’t have the urgency that I feel they should have. It’s so aggravating! We do need to learn patience because nothing about this is quick. Blessings to you as you learn to navigate this journey.

Talk with your doctor. My doctor has me adjust my oxygen flow as needed. I always need to turn it up to shower, vacuum, or any bending down activities. I also require more if the humidity is high & I’m outside.

I’m mad, sad, irritated and just want & have thrown many temper tantrums. This is not fun! I just want it to go away……. I know I can & will enjoy life – just a different life. I remind myself daily that different doesn’t mean bad or good just different! Hugs!

I have to watch the temps and the humidity levels before I try to walk outside. I do a breathing treatment or inhaler before going out; seems to help! Thinking I need to walk in A/C! Pace yourself; slow is ok; breathe!
