In 2014, his health began rapidly declining and he found himself limited to his bed for most of the year due to the rapid deterioration in his lung functions due to idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.

Luckily Mark received a double lung transplant at the University of California San Francisco Hospital at the end of 2014 ,nd in this clip he takes us through his life post lung transplant, where he shares some useful information about diet post-transplant and possible weight changes that may happen after the surgical procedure.
