In 2014, Mark, a 44-year-old father of two young children, saw his life slowly declining after being diagnosed with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Pulmonary Fibrosis is his youtube channel, which he uses to share some of his experiences while living with IPF, at the same time he talks about possible treatments and therapies, and lifestyle tips. Fortunately, Mark was able to get a lung transplant that significantly improved his life. In this video, he talks about exercising, how hard it can be and how you can adapt your exercises in order to make it comfortable for you.
