Pulmonary fibrosis is a lung disease that causes the scarring of the lungs, resulting in breathing difficulties. The condition can affect anyone, at any age, although the patients most at risk are usually older patients. Unfortunately, up until now there is still no cure for pulmonary fibrosis but there are several treatments available to help ease the symptoms.
