Breathing techniques to help reduce IPF-related stress
No doubt you’re familiar with mindfulness, a way of breathing and staying present in the moment that can help people reduce or eliminate stress. Have you tried practising mindfulness? Was it helpful? Did you need to make any modifications? What are some other methods you use to reduce your stress levels?
