RA-ILD id what I was diagnosed with almost three years ago. I’m just now starting to take OFEV and increase my Mycophenolate from 2000mg a-day to 3000mg a-day. I want to learn if this will possibly help my breathing?

You should ask your Doc. I’m been on 3000mg of CellCept and 10mg of Prednisone for 3 months and just started with Ofev last week. My core PFTs measures improved by 10% from Sept to Nov. The prednisone’s effect on inflammation was likely the key reason my PFTs improved. My Doc says it could take 6+ months to determine if the CellCept immunosuppressant is working. Nothing repairs the fibrosis. Meds only slow it or hopefully stop it.
