You’re not off based. I believe our mental health is tied to connections. It re-affirms our humanity. We are force to deal with our mortality, which ain’t easy. About six months after I got my double lung transplant, I got counseling. I was shocked at how much suppressed emotion I had about the whole thing–and mine was a very successful transplant, which I attribute to having received counseling both before and after. One of the neat things I discovered was an innate connection to people who had received transplants or those awaiting new lungs. It was like soldiers who had this connection of war, as they were the only ones who could truly understand what they had gone through. I feel the same way about my brothers and sisters’ who underwent a unique experience. So I think it is therapeutic that we connect with each other, as a weapon against loneliness. Hi,

I had stem cell therapy from a company based in both Tampa and LA. I had it before my transplant and I believe it kept me alive until I could receive my new lungs. Let me know if you would like more info.

    Hi,

I had a double lung transplant three and half years ago. About three months before the operation, I got stem cell therapy, which I believe saved my life when I probably got Covid in January of 2020, when we didn’t know it was covid.

I don’t know if stem cell can help, you would have to talk to a professional about that. Since my operation, I haven’t been sick once. I am vegetarian and I believe that has helped. If you are interested in exploring this, you can contact me and I can put you in contact to the clinic I had mine in.

    best,

When your 02 goes low like that, it puts a lot of pressure on the other organs of the body, so even though you recover relatively easily, it wears on the other organs. The oxygen will keep you healthier until you can get a lung transplant, which is what happened with me.

I had stem cell therapy and I believe it was. huge factor in my lung transplant. I received it in the fall of 2019 and after six weeks, I was feeling a lot better. (I had IPF) In January of 2020, my wife probably contacted Covid, not knowing at that time it was covid, and passed it on to me. I deteriorated rapidly but was able to receive new lungs shortly thereafter–it probably saved my life at that time. My stem cell consisted of taking cells from my stomach and injected them through an IV. it was done in Tampa, Florida. i am extremely heathy now.

When I was diagnosed with IPF, I sent my diet into overdrive. I was already a vegetarian, but I ramped that up and ate mostly plant based, I also took up yoga. My disease progressed and I got stem cell therapy. I started to notice a difference after about two months. But then my wife probably got covid, January of 2019, before they knew it was covid. She probably passed it on to me and I went downhill fast. Fortunately, I was able to get a double lung transplant and I’m doing great 2 1/2 yers later. But I believe my diet and the stem cell saved my life, and help me recover quickly from my transplant operation when I was 68. You can contact me if you need more information: [email protected]

  • I can’t answer that, but I am wondering about stem cell therapy?  Any information on that?

    Hi,

I missed your email. I had stem cell from a company in Tampa and LA. It was about $35,000. Matt Feshbach is the CEO of Ambrose Cell Therapy: 727 743 1510 (c)

    http://www.ambrosecelltherapy.com

It is an outpatient procedure, about four hours. In the fall of 2019, I had stem cell, and after about three weeks I started to notice a change, and after sixteen weeks, I was noticing bigger changes. I really didn’t want a transplant. In January of 2020, I probably got Covid and I went downhill fast. I attribute the stem cell for helping me stay alive until I got my double lung transplant. And I attribute the stem cell for my fast recovery after I received my transplant.

Let me know if you have any questions. And you can talk to Matt at Ambrose Cell Therapy. He can answer any questions also.
