Please be aware our bodies die not store oxygen.

We benefit only while we are receiving oxygen.

Breathlessness is not a sign of low oxygen.

We become breathless when the carbon dioxide, a waste product, builds uo in our lungs. Purse-lip breathing helps clear carbon dioxide – so does blowing up a balloon, and its faster. Blow into the balloon and let it go; three times should help.

I am an 84 year old man. I have been taking curcumin as Tumeric capsules bought from Costco (the one in the square black bottle, not Kirkland) for at least the last ten years. The recommended dose on the bottle is two capsules; I take one capsule a day every day. In February 2022, I was diagnosed with mild IPF. Perhaps the Tumeric has kept it mild since there have been contributing factors such as second-hand smoke until fifteen years ago and cardio medications for the last seventeen years.

What is certain is that it has helped the osteoarthritis in my knees. When I tried the Kirkland brand of Tumeric, a similar dose, for a week, my knees hurt going downstairs—returning to the one I was using stopped the pain.

  • Inconsistent Antigen Test results:
I received Quickvue tests from CVS and USPS free tests. On days 24 and 25, I got negative results using the BinaxNow tests. On day 26, I was congested and tested positive with a Quickvue test. On day 27, I did three tests: Quickvue positive, BinaxNow negative, and Quickvue positive. The control strip was present in all tests and within their expiration date. Quickvue seems to be more sensitive than BinaxNow.
I will mask until the end of the flu season and test weekly using Quickvue.
