I am married (35+ years) with 2 adult children.  I am an engineer and professional computer geek who chooses to continue working in spite of being retirement age.  I am also a US Navy submarine veteran who spent a lot of time underwater and in a shipyard (this may have exacerbated my disease).

1) Go to pulmonary rehab!  Now.  It has significantly improved my overall health and (I hope) my ability to withstand future health cricis.

2) Follow your doctor’s and pulmonary therapist’s instructions to the letter
