These are the words Travis Murphy, whose mother died unexpectedly from a brain aneurism, shares with us about his story. After the devastating death of his mom, Travis – along with his family – made the decision to donate her organs. At the same time, Jim Uhrig – a pulmonary fibrosis patient – was waiting for a pair of lungs on the lung transplant list. He was expecting the worse when he was contacted by the health care team.
