I was diagnosed with IPf when I had Covid and Pneumonia a year ago and now when I just had a CT scan it does not show IPF? Can this be the case? I want to be happy but am not sure since the first CT scan was with contrast and the last one was without. Could this be the difference. ? My Dr said no it should have showed even without contrast so I am IPF free but I almost want to schedule a CT scan with contrast again to make sure. Is that smart to do as I am not sure now if I am sick or not?
