    I lost my dad to PF on September 8, 2009. 3 years ago, I received the same diagnosis. My dad was a fighter but there wasn’t much information or treatments at that time . He participated in a trial with Inerferon and his life was extended several years.

    I’m fighting as hard as I can…

    I am so sorry for your loss. We lost our mother to IPF in 2010. I was diagnosed with NSIP in 2013 that was later changed to IPF in about 2019. There are so many options now that were not as possible when our parents were diagnosed. I received a bilateral lung transplant just 8 weeks ago and am feeling very grateful! I wish you much peace and success as you search for your best options!
