    While it can be messy and time-consuming, fresh juicing is an excellent and delicious way to consume an abundance of fresh fruits and vegetables. I asked for a juicer this past Christmas, and have been obsessed with it ever since!

    I currently use the Breville Juice Fountain as my juicer and I juice almost everything. This has been especially helpful for me when my stomach isn’t up to eating solid foods, like after I start a new medication. It has also been helpful on days where I don’t have the energy to prepare and cook a meal. Don’t get me wrong though, juicing is a bit of work, however when I can make some and have it prepared in the fridge, I thoroughly enjoy just being able to reach for something healthy and nutritious for my body.

    This past weekend I tried a new juicing recipe that was relatively easy and delicious. I’ve been having it for breakfast the past few mornings! Its called the Belly Buster Green Juice and the recipe is below:

    • 3 medium apples (I used fuji)
    • 1 large cucumber
    • 1 large lemon, peeled
    • 1 lime, peeled
    • 3 small mandarin (or clementine) oranges, peeled
    • 1 head romain lettuce

    Blend and enjoy!
