When I first started, my 02 was 94, now I&#8217;m at 96, 98. I have not done a PFT because I dont have health insurance and the test is 700 dollars, I will do one if needed but for now I don&#8217;t see the reason. I consider that an improvement . Also, I&#8217;m not so out of breath and I also feel better. Placebo effect? I don&#8217;t think so.
