    Hi Maureen,

From my experience my body aches that feel like a precursor to the flu are caused by food sensitivities. Preservatives, artificial flavors, the ubiquitous “natural flavoring”, and corn starch are all triggers.  I also notice that along with the achiness is muscle stiffness.  You might want to start noting what you’ve eaten recently when the achiness appears.  Also, how is your magnesium level?  Last but not least, epsom salt baths are wonderful for relaxing muscles and helping with muscle aches.

And one last thought…is muscle pain a side effect of any medications you’re taking?

    Take care,

    Rebecca

Temperature changes will make me cough, as does exertion.  Also, I notice a huge emotional component.  It’s become a way for me to really check into what my body is telling me about my emotions.  I take Sitopaladi Churna for my cough. It is an Ayurvedic Medicine.

    Hello Hans,

I purchase mine through the Wellevate website, because my naturopath uses that site to make recommendations and then I can easily log on and order what she recommends.  The brands I use are

Serrapeptase Pro by EnzymeScience, Nattokinase 100 mg by AllergyResearchGroup and EGCG by designs for health.

I haven’t experienced the weight loss taking the EGCG perhaps because I’m only taking 225mg.  It’s also decaffeinated, and I noticed not all EGCG supplements say that.

    Sincerely,

    Rebecca Bloch
