I was diagnosed with ILD/IPF 3 years ago. I have been on Ofev for 2 years come August. On June 6, 2025 I was put on O2 at night time. I am not sure this is the solution because I am so SOB even in the day time. I just wanted to look around & see what this forum had to offer me

If you’re short of breath during the day, you may need the supplemental oxygen during the day. Do you have an oxymeter and do you check your oxygen level? You should be. What does your pulmonologist say? You should be talking to him.

    Hello,

If you’re experiencing shortness of breath during exertion you may want to talk to your doctor about pulmonary rehab. It did wonders for me.

Most folks oxygen saturation drops at night when sleeping, regardless of having one of the many ILD’s we all deal with.

If you’re struggling during the day as well, you may need o2 then as well. Do you check your own oxygen levels now? Is your SOB only when exerting yourself or is it all the time? These are questions your doctor should have answers to and can prescribe a POC so you aren’t struggling to breathe.

I’m doing pulmonary rehab and it’s helping me quite a bit. Certainly not going to prolong my life; however, the quality of what I have left will be better, so it’s worth it.

Living with Pulmonary Fibrosis (PF) was one of the hardest experiences
of my life. The breathlessness, the fatigue, and the fear of the future
weighed on me every single day. I had tried so many treatments and
medications, but nothing seemed to stop the disease from progressing.Out
of both hope and desperation, I came across NaturePath Herbal Clinic.
At first, I was skeptical but something about their natural approach and
the stories I read gave me the courage to try one more time.I began
their herbal treatment program, and within a few weeks, I noticed small
changes easier breathing, more energy, and a clearer mind. Over the
months, those improvements became more and more obvious. Today, I can
truly say my life has changed. My lungs feel stronger, and my quality of
life has returned in ways I didn’t think were possible. This isn’t just a
testimony it’s a heartfelt recommendation to anyone struggling with PF
or other chronic conditions. Don’t give up hope. I’m so grateful I gave
NaturePath Herbal Clinic a chance.Visit their website to learn more: http://www.naturepathherbalclinic.com [email protected]
