      While Christmas can be the most wonderful time of year for many; for others it can be stressful and exhausting. Navigating the holiday season as an IPF patient is different compared to when I was healthy. Christmas can be chaotic, costly and overwhelming. In a 2019 column I wrote, I shared 5 ways to help take care of your physical and mental health at Christmastime, which feels applicable to this year since many of us are getting together with family after missing the holiday season last year due to COVID-19.
