Treatment durimg intubated after ipf ae
Do you know of successfull treatment which helps recover from intoubated after ipf acute excelaration?
Mom is intoubated after ipf acute attack. I read %22 could recovered from intubation and live for 1 mont, %3 recocered and live for 1 year. Any treatment that you heard can help.
Please be carefull everyone about ipf -ae. Dont catch that. God bless all.

I’m so sorry to hear of your Mom’s exacerbation and subsequent intubation. That is so tough! If you want to direct message me ( https://pulmonaryfibrosisnews.com/forums/members/charlene-marshall/ ) I can share a bit more with you about my recovery from an AE. I’ve also had the unfortunate experience of being intubated, and there are some things that can assist in your recovery from that (ie. rehabilitation). Not sure if this helps.
