    I used to take Zinc many years go before I was diagnose with PAH. Now I have a reason to get back to taking zinc.

     

    Any resource or advice to give on how to maintain a good oxygen level when walking. My oxygen drops when up moving around and m on oxygen. Awaiting your replies.
