    Still in the process of digesting the diagnosis.I know IPF is progressive and terminal. I feel like I wake up every morning just waiting for the other shoe to drop. I try to brush that thought aside and live every day as normal as possible. Again, my philosophy is “one day at a time”. I can only hope that that gets me thru.

    Thanks for the welcome. This IPF is a new journey for me. I can’t say it’s not scary but my philosophy has always been “one day at a time”.
