• Tips For Protecting Your Lungs

    With the US west coast fires raging right now, it seems timely to talk about the importance of respiratory health and protecting your lungs. Yesterday, I heard that the smoke from Washington, California and Oregon has made its way across the US and are reaching some eastern states. This likely means that many of us on the forums might be experiencing poor air quality, and for those with already-compromised lungs, that can feel scary.

     

    Please reach out if you’re feeling anxious during these times, and know that your concerns are likely shared by other patients. We’re in this together.
